What is HAPPA?

Why should I purchase from HAPPA?
We make sure that we offer you products with good quality, value for money, and emotional attachment. We are committed to provide you the most convenient purchase and return processes, best online rates available, as well as help in resolving any issue you encounter.

How to sign up?
HAPPA is open for public! You can access our entire shop without logging in, but you do have to sign up to purchase any item. For that, all you need is an e-mail account. Invite your friends and family and share the fun!

How to log in into your account?
To log into your account, enter your e-mail address and password at happaofficial.com. Should you encounter any issue, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Do you have a loyalty program?
We are working an exciting and beneficial loyalty program for you. Your transactions are recorded and you can apply your current purchases to the program when we launch it.

How to change my email address? 
Please go to "My Account" and then change your email address there. The next time you log in, your previous email address can no longer be used for login. 

How to reset my password? 
You can reset your password from "My Profile". 

SHOP AT HAPPA

How do I shop for a merchandise? 
If you already know which item you want to purchase, type its name or keywords in the "Search" box on the top right hand corner. To browse, click on "Collection" on the top of the webpage. You can also find an item based on its product type by clicking on a category. Click on the photo or name of your selected product and it will take you to the product page. 
On the product page, when given option, please select size, color, or other relevant attributes. Select the number of items you wish to buy, and click "Add to Cart". 

How do I find exclusive or on-sale products? 
Products that are On Sale, Exclusive, or of Limited Availability are labeled below their respective names on the catalogue. 

Can I make special requests?
We are only able to accommodate special requests in terms of length alteration. Please input special request noted on your order when you purchase.

What payment methods do HAPPA accept?
We accept Bank Transfer, Credit Card, and BCA KlikPay.

How many hours do I have to complete a payment?
You need to complete payment not later than 2 x 24 hours.

Can we do bank transfer from overseas bank?
As of now, we recommend you to use Indonesian Bank Account. However, we are developing our method of payment for the convenience of our customers.

What is the recommended payment method and why?
Bank Transfer is the only method of payment available which will take 1-2 business days to process. We are currently developing other mode of payments for you our customers.

Where is my order confirmation?
After HAPPA received your order, check your email for an order confirmation from us. After you made a payment, please send us the proof of bank transfer through 'My Orders'. After, you will receive an email which includes your tracking number and link to track your order information.

How can I check on my payment confirmation / How can I track my orders?
After you’re done with payment and order confirmation with proof of bank transfer, check your progress through My Orders. We will confirm your payment within 1 working day (official working hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm). If after 2 business days (excluding weekend) you haven’t received any email on your payment (Email Subject: HAPPA Received Payment), please call our Customer Service at +6221 7070 4008.

When will my orders be shipped?
After your payment has been confirmed, HAPPA will need 2-7 business days to process your orders.
For Jabodetabek area, around 2-3 business days to deliver.
For Nationwide, around 7 business days to deliver.
We will confirm your order within 1 working day (official working hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm).
For International Shipping, it will depend on the destination.

What if I purchase a product during the weekend or national holidays? 
HAPPA won’t be sending orders during weekends and national holidays. We will process your orders in the following business days.

Is my payment secure?
Your payment is secure as we implement multiple layers of security. Your transfer information is protected by the issuing bank. If you have any concerns about the security of your payment, please contact us here.

GOODS SHIPPING

Where does HAPPA ship to?
HAPPA currently ships to Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Philippines, Australia, India, China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, United Kingdom, United States of America & Canada. Shipping rate and time differs based on destination. 

What is the cost of shipping?
For order within Indonesia, you may check the cost of shipping on www.jne.co.id. We may have promotions from time to time, so we encourage you to visit our page frequently.
Otherwise, your total shipping fee depends on the final destination of the shipping address as well as your package specifications. Total fees may change depending on the weight or volume of your package. Some items that require special treatment, such as oversized and delicate items, may incur additional special handling charges. 

The shipping charges are as follows:
            Indonesia starting from IDR 7,000
            South East Asia starting from IDR 337,500
            The rest of Asia starting from IDR 410,000
            Australia & New Zealand starting from IDR 480,000
            Europe starting from IDR 685,000
            U.S. & Canada starting from IDR 617,000
 

Which shipping couriers does HAPPA use?
HAPPA carefully selected our partner couriers for your best online purchase experience. We are partnering with JNE, REX, and RPX. 

How do I track my packages?
Anytime after your payment is complete, you can track the status of your order in My Order. Once your package is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email with the courier provider, tracking number, and tracking website in it.

CANCELLATION & RETURNS

Can I cancel or modify a Shop order?
A Shop merchandise order is processed as soon as possible. Once the payment is received, you are unable to cancel your order.

What is HAPPA return policy?
Products purchased are not returnable or refundable. Please make sure that you order the products based on your personal preference and size, which can be seen in sizing guidance.
If there is any product defect or faulty in shipping your purchase, please contact us immediately after you received your purchase. Complaints received after 2 days from the purchase date will not be entertained. Please return the merchandise unworn/unused, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging, tag, label, and seal. Replacements will be adjusted to merchandise stock availability.
Returns, exchanges and replacements are only applicable for orders shipped to Indonesia. At this time, we do not accept any returns, exchanges or replacements for International orders. 
 

How do I return an item I purchased?
Returning items to us is simple and easy.

  1. Fill out return form
    Within 2x24 hours of merchandise receipt, please login and fill out the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form in My Orders. For faulty items, please attach photos highlighting the stated defects. Please note that the RMA is applicable for one time return transaction only .
  2. Receive RMA Approval email
    Within 1 working day, our team will send you an approval email for your return request.
  3. Print return authorization
    Please print the return authorization and place it inside your shipping package.
  4. Send product to us
    Upon receipt of RMA Approval email, you have 2 working days to send your product to HAPPA Return Center in its original condition and packaging. Here's the address:

  5. Receive your exchange/refund
    Once we receive the merchandise, we will perform an inspection. If your product passes the return check, you will receive a confirmation email. We will exchange or refund your product accordingly within 5 working days.
